At UrbanSteps, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy.

• Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Eligible Exchanges: We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item(s) received

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Eligible requests will be processed as exchanges only.

• Exchange Approval: All exchange requests are subject to inspection upon receipt. UrbanSteps reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
